New Salem came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Flasher Bulldogs. The Holsteins' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

New Salem's loss dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Flasher, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-5-2 record this season.

After both having extra time off, New Salem and Mott-Regent will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Flasher does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
