Football Recap: Sun Valley Falls to Lake Norman in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Sun Valley kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 20-16 to the Lake Norman Wildcats.

Among those leading the charge was Allen Jones, who rushed for 44 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sun Valley will venture away from home to face off against Mooresville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake Norman, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Mount Tabor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
