Hammond Bishop Noll takes loss despite strong efforts from Jaiden Hall and Jalyssia Crawford

Recap: Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors vs. Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles

After a string of four wins, the Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were the victim of a rough 58-37 loss at the hands of Lake Station Edison. Hammond Bishop Noll lost against Lake Station Edison in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 71-46 score last time.

Hammond Bishop Noll's loss came despite strong showings from Jalyssia Crawford and Jaiden Hall. Crawford dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds, while Hall scored seven points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Hammond Bishop Noll's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lake Station Edison, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.

Hammond Bishop Noll will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Thornwood at 3:00 p.m. on December 27th. Lake Station Edison will be home for the holidays to greet Chesterton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
