Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Country Christian). They put the hurt on the Western Christian Pioneers with a sharp 21-9 win on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Pioneers: they've now won three in a row.

Country Christian got a massive performance out of Grace Colvin, who scored four runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-5. Colvin is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Colvin, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Country Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .744. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Country Christian now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Western Christian, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
