Meanwhile, Westminster Academy earned a 3-1 victory over Pleasant View on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Westminster Academy.

Westminster Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Evangelical Christian, they now have a losing record of 4-5-2.

Evangelical Christian skirted past Westminster Academy 1-0 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
