Baseball Game Preview: Riverdale Chieftains vs. Ithaca Bulldogs

The Riverdale Chieftains will challenge the Ithaca Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Riverdale has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Ithaca will arrive with four straight wins.

On Thursday, Riverdale came up short against Mineral Point and fell 5-2.

Chase Chitwood made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two runs. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.
