Treyvon Compton Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 Meeker was led to victory by  Treyvon Compton, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Compton rushed for 220 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, and also threw for 140 yards and two touchdowns. He's  now once again averaging 100+  rushing yards (109.9) per game. Those 220  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.
 Meeker's victory  ended  a  five-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-6. Compton and Meeker will be playing in front of their home fans against Alva  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Jessin Hardin and Co. Win Third in a Row
 Hennessey picked up their third consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Jessin Hardin. Hardin was dynamite, rushing for six yards.
 Hennessey is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record  this season. Hardin and Hennessey will host Stroud  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Brandon Rodriguez Makes It Two for Hennessey
 Keeping Hardin company is  Brandon Rodriguez, a fellow Hennessey player. He picked up 20 receiving yards.
 This year,  Rodriguez  has averaged 12.2 receiving yards per game.

Meeker's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to  Roanon Wolford
 Thanks in part to  Roanon Wolford, Meeker said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. On Friday  Wolford rushed for 92 yards, and also picked up 49 receiving yards, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 This year,  Wolford  has averaged 17.1 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 9.75  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 52.38  rushing yards.

 Another Hennessey player making an appearance on this list is  Hunter Weber. He picked up 26 receiving yards.
