Basketball Recap: Twin Lakes Skates Past Frankfort with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Twin Lakes). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 71-25 victory over the Frankfort Hot Dogs. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on three straight.

Leading Twin Lakes to victory were Bryce Wilhite and Tate Goyer. Wilhite went 7 of 11 en route to 18 points, while Goyer posted 14 points. The dominant performance also gave Goyer a new career-high in assists (three). Another player making a difference was Ethan Need, who put up six points and five rebounds.

Despite the loss, Frankfort still got an impressive performance from Isaac Adams, who had 13 points and five rebounds.

Twin Lakes' victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-3. As for Frankfort, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Twin Lakes didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 68-18 win against North White on the 21st. As for Frankfort, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 53-43 defeat against Sheridan on the 21st.
