Recap: Northeast Hurricanes vs. Norland Vikings

The Northeast Hurricanes and the Norland Vikings squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but sadly the Northeast Hurricanes had to settle for second. They took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings.

Norland was led to victory by Marcus Allen and Triston Wilson. Allen dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds, while Wilson scored 17 points along with six rebounds. Wilson is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Jamal Ware, who scored ten points along with five assists.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Norland, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-10.

Northeast does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Norland will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Rockledge at 7:00 p.m. on February 23rd. One thing working in Rockledge's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last seven contests.
