Volleyball Recap: Cascade Christian's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It was a proper cat-fight when Cascade Christian challenged Stadium on Saturday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. The win was nothing new for the Cougars as they're now sitting on three straight.

Jenica Walling paced Cascade Christian's offense, picking up 11 kills. Walling got some help from Emma Compton and her 16 assists. Walling also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Sophie Janho, racking up two apiece.

Cascade Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Stadium, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Cascade Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Peninsula on the 20th. As for Stadium, they will take on Auburn Riverside at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
