Basketball Recap: Strom Thurmond Comes Up Short

Strom Thurmond lost against Silver Bluff back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Strom Thurmond Rebels received a blow as they fell 46-32 to the Silver Bluff Bulldogs.

Strom Thurmond dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Silver Bluff, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Strom Thurmond and Midland Valley will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Silver Bluff, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Horse Creek Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Silver Bluff is facing Horse Creek Academy at the right time seeing as Horse Creek Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
