Volleyball Recap: Milford Takes a Loss

Milford lost against Beaver on August 7th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beavers. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Acacia Dalton paced Milford's offense, picking up eight kills. Dalton got some help from Jaidyn McMullin and her 21 assists. McMullin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Milford's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Beaver, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milford will head out to challenge Bryce Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Beaver, they will face off against San Juan at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
