Volleyball Recap: Chestatee Takes a Loss

Chestatee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Lumpkin County Indians. The War Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Chestatee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lumpkin County, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chestatee will take on Cherokee Bluff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lumpkin County, they will head out to take on East Jackson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
