Rockhurst waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lincoln College Prep Blue Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on May 5th.

Rockhurst never let Lincoln College Prep on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 25-18.

Rockhurst's offense was headlined by Gabe Moore and Mason Kastel, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Will Campbell and his 28 assists. Kastel was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why Lincoln College Prep lost, don't look at Alex Dinh. Despite the final result, he had 27 assists and ten digs. Dinh is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 13 or more in each of the last four games he's played. Kadem Schieber also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Rockhurst pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Lincoln College Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-14-3 record this season.

Rockhurst didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Staley on the 22nd. Lincoln College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
