Softball Recap: St. Rose Comes Up Short

St. Rose fell victim to Allentown and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 11-0 to the Redbirds. The game marked the first time this season in which the Purple Roses were not able to get on the board.

St. Rose is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-3. As for Allentown, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-3.

St. Rose has already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Keansburg on the 15th. As for Allentown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 8-4 victory against Lawrence on the 15th.
