Firth came tearing into Tuesday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Salmon Savages as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Savages, too.
Firth walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 25-20.
Firth's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Salmon, they dropped their record down to 4-11 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
