Neelyville never let their opponents score on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Malden Green Wave with a sharp 12-0 win. Considering the Tigers have won seven contests by more than nine runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Neelyville's fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Malden, they moved to 17-6 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Neelyville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-5 defeat against Clearwater on the 26th. As for Malden, they have also already played their next game, a 10-9 victory against Van Buren on the 26th.
