Softball Recap: Queen City Takes a Loss

Queen City was the 10-1 winner over De Kalb when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Queen City lost 10-1 to De Kalb on Friday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Queen City's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for De Kalb, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, Queen City and De Kalb will both be playing Hooks the next time they take the field. De Kalb will head out to face Hooks at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Queen City will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
