Baseball Recap: Landstown Gets the Win

Landstown hadn't done well against Ocean Lakes recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitchers stepped up to hand the Dolphins a 1-0 shutout. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted against the Dolphins since May 17, 2022.

Landstown's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kole Holloway, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Landstown now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Ocean Lakes, their defeat ended a 13-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-3.
