Football Recap: McGregor Bulldogs vs. West Trojans
McGregor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by the West Trojans at home and fell 56-14. The Bulldogs lost against the Trojans in their previous head to head back in October of 2019, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 31-28 score last time.
Although McGregor took the loss, they still got scores from Rolando Medina and Shaun Coleman.
McGregor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for West, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McGregor will challenge Gatesville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for West, they will head out on the road to square off against Hillsboro at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
