Volleyball Recap: Pacelli Comes Up Short

Pacelli lost against Newman Catholic back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cardinals fell 2-0 to the Fighting Cardinals.

Pacelli has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Newman Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-12 record this season.

Pacelli will head out to square off against Rosholt at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Newman Catholic, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Regis on the 20th.
