Brentwood win going away against Trinity Christian

Recap: Brentwood War Eagles vs. Trinity Christian Crusaders
The Brentwood War Eagles fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They put the hurt on Trinity Christian with a sharp 33-13 victory on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Brentwood also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.
Zach Denton was his usual excellent self, rushing for 311 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 15.6 yards per carry. Denton really tore up the turf during one magnificent 73-yard run. Another player making a difference was Baylor Cobb, who rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown.
Brentwood now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Trinity Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
Brentwood will head out on the road to face off against Gatewood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Trinity Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
