Hays entered their tilt with Victoria East on Saturday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They skirted past the Victoria East Titans 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Hawks have posted since April 27, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Alyza Rangel, who went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run was her first of the season. Maya Mendez was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
