Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jessika Ramos and Rubi Casillas Reynoso Lead Cimarron-Memorial to Victory

Cimarron-Memorial took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Basic, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Spartans came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wolves on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Spartans have posted against the Wolves since September 21, 2019.

The victory got Cimarron-Memorial back to even at 13-13. As for Basic, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
