Baseball Recap: Rio Mesa Spartans vs. Agoura Chargers

Rio Mesa lost against Agoura back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rio Mesa Spartans fell just short of the Agoura Chargers by a score of 4-3. That's two games in a row now that the Spartans have lost by just one run.

Daniel Banuelos made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Alec Fontyn, who scored a run and stole two bases.
