Softball Recap: West Seattle Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Seattle can now relate to. They came up short against the Garfield Bulldogs on Wednesday, falling 17-1. West Seattle hasn't had much luck with Garfield recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

West Seattle's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Garfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.

West Seattle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Garfield, they will square off against Seattle Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
