Washington Union came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against West, but Soloman Harris wouldn't allow it. The Vikings took down the Panthers 64-48 on Thursday thanks in part to Harris, who almost dropped a double-double with 28 points and nine steals. The contest was his third in a row with at least 21 points.

Another player making a difference was Victor Burnel, who posted eight points. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played.

West's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Washington Union, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-51 defeat against Selma on the 12th. Washington Union and Sanger West will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will be up against the Hornets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 53.57 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
