Basketball Recap: Tech Comes Up Short on the Road Against Weequahic

Tech kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 55-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Weequahic Indians. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Weequahic found their leader in sophomore Bart Jordan, who posted 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Haleem Sharif, who earned eight points.

Tech wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 39-36 defeat against Bard on the 19th. Weequahic has also already played their next contest, an 82-46 loss against Seton Hall Prep on the 19th.
