Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest Christian). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Metro Tech Knights 70-36. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Metro Tech's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Yahir Monroy, who posted 12 points. Anthony Campos was another key player, putting up four points along with seven assists and five boards.

Northwest Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Metro Tech, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Northwest Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 44-34 loss against Arizona Lutheran Academy on the 3rd. As for Metro Tech, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-33 defeat against Tempe Prep on the 3rd.
