MacArthur is 8-2 against South San Antonio since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Brahmas will square off against the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

South San Antonio will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: MacArthur extended their winning streak to three on Friday. Everything went the Brahmas' way against Southside as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant MacArthur was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-12.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when South San Antonio faced off against Southside on Tuesday. The Bobcats blew past the Cardinals 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won five in a row.

South San Antonio was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-20.

MacArthur better focus on containing Isabela Sanford and Alyssa Ramirez as the pair were huge in South San Antonio's win. Sanford had 22 assists and five digs, while Ramirez had seven digs and three aces.

South San Antonio now has a winning record of 18-17. As for MacArthur, their victory bumped their record up to 26-12.

MacArthur beat South San Antonio 3-1 in their previous matchup back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Brahmas since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
