Basketball Recap: Ossining Pride vs. Eastchester Eagles
Ossining had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They breezed past the Eastchester Eagles to the tune of 69-36. The Pride pushed the score to 51-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles had little chance of recovering from.

Claire Schnecker was a one-woman wrecking crew as she dropped a double-double with 30 points and 16 boards. Her afternoon made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Torrieri, who posted ten points in addition to eight assists and six steals.
