Basketball Recap: North Comes Up Short

North lost against Carl Hayden Community back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mustangs were outmatched by the Falcons and fell 66-24. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Carl Hayden Community, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, North will venture away from home to challenge Fairfax at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs will be up against the Stampede's rather soft defense (which has allowed 64.2 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Carl Hayden Community, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 75-61 victory against Valley Vista on the 29th.
