Tai Phillips put up the most rushing touchdowns he's had since back in November of 2024 on Friday. He rushed for 168 yards and two scores while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (123) per game.

Phillips and Cape Fear will face off against Gray's Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Phillips up against the Bears' star running back Ezekiel Reed.
