Baseball Recap: Chartiers-Houston Comes Up Short

Chartiers-Houston lost against Fort Cherry on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Buccaneers lost 19-3 to the Rangers. The Buccaneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chartiers-Houston saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Justus Buckingham, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Chartiers-Houston's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Fort Cherry, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Chartiers-Houston will be playing in front of their home fans against Jefferson-Morgan at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Fort Cherry, they are taking a road trip to challenge California at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
