Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Cody Geoffroy and Matt Dasilva Lead Milford to Victory

There's no place like home for Milford, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 55-48 victory over the Stoughton Black Knights on Friday. This was payback for the Scarlet Hawks, who suffered a 71-62 loss the last time these two teams met.

Milford was led to victory by Matt Dasilva and Cody Geoffroy. Dasilva posted 18 points, while Geoffroy had 12 points. That's the most points Dasilva has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jason Stokes, who put up eight points and six rebounds.

Milford pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points over those games. As for Stoughton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
