Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Champion). They never let the Newton Falls Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Wednesday. Jackie Fields was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Champion now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Newton Falls, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Champion will challenge rival Brookfield at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Newton Falls is set to face off against their familiar foe Waterloo at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
