Soccer Recap: South Caldwell Comes Up Short

After soaring to five goals the game before, South Caldwell was a bit more limited in their matchup on Monday. They fell just short of the Ashe County Huskies by a score of 2-1. South Caldwell were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Ashe County apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

South Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1.

Coming up, South Caldwell will host Hibriten at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ashe County, they will venture away from home to challenge Alexander Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
