Blair might've scored the first runs on Friday, but it was Heavener who claimed the real prize. Blair fell just short of Heavener by a score of 7-5. The match marked the Broncos' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Kash Boley was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Blake Martin, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Having lost for the first time this season, Blair fell to 7-1. As for Heavener, their record is now 2-7.
