Volleyball Recap: Trigg County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Trigg County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Calloway County Lakers. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lakers when the teams met back in September of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Trigg County's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Calloway County, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trigg County will venture away from home to square off against Russellville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Calloway County, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Carlisle County at 7:00 p.m. on September 8.
