Volleyball Recap: Rock Bridge Comes Up Short

Rock Bridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the De Smet Jesuit Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Rock Bridge's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for De Smet Jesuit, the win was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 28-1.

Rock Bridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for De Smet Jesuit, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Howell on the 10th.
