Baseball Recap: Stadium's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

Stadium had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Auburn Trojans 11-1 on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their one-run performance the game before.

The team relied heavily on Bennett Nieraeth, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandt Juergens, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run.

Stadium hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Auburn struck out six times.

Stadium's win bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Auburn, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-19.

As of now, neither Stadium nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
