Campolindo is 9-1 against Acalanes since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Cougars will take on the Dons at 6:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Campolindo made easy work of College Park and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Campolindo walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-15, 25-20.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Acalanes, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past Benicia 3-0 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Dons in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

Acalanes was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-13, 27-25.

Acalanes' win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Campolindo, their victory bumped their record up to 22-6.

Campolindo took their win against Acalanes in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
