It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Prestonwood Christian North had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 70-22 victory over the Bulldogs. The win was familiar territory for Prestonwood Christian North who now have ten in a row.
Prestonwood Christian North's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hayden Wood led the charge by picking up 93 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 87 yards on only 11 carries. Another player making a difference was Tucker Richardson, who gained 205 total yards and three touchdowns.
Prestonwood Christian North's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Baytown Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
