Volleyball Game Preview: Paint Branch Panthers vs. Churchill Bulldogs

The Paint Branch Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Churchill Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Paint Branch made easy work of Kennedy and carried off a 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Churchill strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past Whitman 3-0.

While Churchill won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22, 25-13.

Churchill pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Paint Branch, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Paint Branch might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Churchill in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
