Cumberland managed to slip by Washburn the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Beavers lost 4-1 to the Castle Guards on Tuesday. Cumberland were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Washburn apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Cumberland's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Washburn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Cumberland will face off against Barron at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Washburn has already played their next matchup (against Hayward), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
