Gordon waltzed into their match on Friday with 15 straight wins... but they left with 16. They breezed past the Bremond Tigers to the tune of 71-33. The Longhorns have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 24 points or more this season.

Braylon Estrada and Jeramiah Morgan certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Estrada posted nine points and three steals, while Morgan scored four points and six rebounds.

Gordon's victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Bremond, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Gordon will venture away from home to face off against Hermleigh at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Gordon's defense has only allowed 29.7 points per game this season, so Hermleigh's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Bremond, they will face off against Evadale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Evadale will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something Bremond surely won't give up without a fight.
