Softball Recap: Fenton Tigers vs. Flushing Raiders

In what's become a running theme this season, Fenton gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They put the hurt on the Flushing Raiders with a sharp 17-2 win. Winning may never get old, but Fenton sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Lily Turkowski made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and only one walk). Turkowski was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Sophie Collins, who scored four runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. Lexi Shouse was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.
