Foothill got themselves on the board against Dublin on Thursday, but Dublin never followed suit. They were the clear victors by  a  13-0 margin over the Gaels. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  19-5  back in March.
Foothill got a  massive  performance out of  Addison Chandler, who  went 1-for-3 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  RBI  Chandler has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Ellie Novitske, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Foothill  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  hit total in three consecutive  matches.
Foothill is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-1 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Dublin,  they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-11.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Foothill is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Dougherty Valley  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dublin will  face off against  rival San Ramon Valley  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
