Basketball Recap: International School of Minnesota Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

International School of Minnesota's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They managed a 47-42 win over Lakes International Language Academy. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Huskies as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

International School of Minnesota's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Lakes International Language Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

International School of Minnesota will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Maple Lake at 7:00 p.m. on February 11, 2025. As for Lakes International Language Academy, they will head out on the road to take on New Life Academy at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday. Lakes International Language Academy is facing New Life Academy at the right time seeing as New Life Academy is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
