Hannibal not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Marshall Owls 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pirates.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hannibal was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-14, 25-15.

Lyla Dorsey paced Hannibal's offense, picking up 13 kills. Dorsey got some help from Malia Stolte and her 23 assists. Brooke Hess controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Hannibal's win bumped their record up to 22-9-1. As for Marshall, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Hannibal will face off against Fulton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marshall, they will challenge Mexico at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
